A restoration project that required us to manage works around the busy operation of a thriving school in term time. Liaising constantly with school management we delivered the restoration within budget and within quoted timeframe adhering to necessary safety and safeguarding requirements. Under the instruction of the management company we executed a rolling restoration project of 140 apartments totalling 1240 timber windows on 5 floors over a total of 4 months.
